穿透性心脏外伤病人救治中有关问题的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨穿透性心脏外伤救治的有关问题。方法对25例穿透性心脏外伤病人进行回顾性研究,对穿透性外伤的原因、到达医院的时间、在急诊室体检的发现、诊断方法的使用及手术技术评价。结果经救治后,25例病人全部痊愈出院,无死亡病例,无术后并发症。结论穿透性心脏外伤病人生存的首要因素是早期诊断、迅速纠正出血性休克及急诊手术止血。Objective To explore the problems in saving patient with penetrating cardiac trauma. Methods Twenty-five patients with penetrating Cardiac trauma were retrospectively evaluated.Etiology of penetrating trauma,time of presentation to the hospital,physical examination findings in the emergency department,diagnostic methods used,and surgical techniques applied were evaluated. Results The total 25 patients were discharged after full recovery.No death,no complication after operation. Conclusion The prime factors for patient survival are early diagnosis,rapidly correct hemorrhagic shock and emergency operation to stop bleeding.
