海洛因依赖合并梅毒患者的心理分析及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨海洛因依赖并发梅毒患者的临床心理特点,提出相应的护理措施。方法运用SCL-90症状自评量表对57例海洛因依赖合并梅毒患者进行心理分析。结果 57例海洛因依赖合并梅毒患者SCL-90测试结果总分、阳性症状的均分、阳性项目数均高于国内的常模,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分与国内常模相比存显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论海洛因依赖合并梅毒患者有较多躯体不适和抑郁、焦虑、求医保密心理,护士应根据患者的特点和需求,帮助其减轻心理压力,促进健康。Objective To investigate the clinical psychological characteristics of patients with heroin-dependent complicated syphilis,put forward appropriate care measures for them. Methods Make psychological analysis of 57 cases heroin-dependent patients complicated with syphilis using SCL-90 Symptom Checklist. Results In the test results of 57 cases of heroin-dependent patients complicated with syphilis,SCL-90 total score,positive symptoms of sharing,the number of positive items were higher than the national norm,somatization,depression,anxiety,phobic,compared with the national norm exist significant differences（p0.01）. Conclusion Heroin dependent syphilis patients have more physical discomfort,depression,anxiety,seeking psychological doctor confidentially,nurses should be based on the patient＇s characteristics and needs,help to relieve stress and promote health.
