摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在妇科门诊手术中的应用价值。方法选取2011年1月～2011年5月在医院妇科行门诊手术的患者600例(其中人工流产400例,诊断性刮宫术200例,输卵管通水术100例。人工流产与输卵管通水术有重复统计),按不同术式随机分成两组,分别给予常规护理及综合护理干预,比较两组患者的术前焦虑程度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症比例及其护理满意度。结果综合护理组的术前焦虑、术后并发症比例明显低于传统护理组,护理满意度则明显高于后者,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预可以缓解患者焦虑情绪,减少妇科门诊手术的并发症,改善患者预后,有助于提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application of integrative nursing care in gynecological outpatient surgery. Methods 600 patients undergoing gynecological outpatient surgery（400 induced abortion,200 diagnostic curettage and 100 hydrotubation,induced abortion and Hydrotubation are repeated statistics） were randomly divided into two groups being given integrative nursing care and traditional nursing care respectively.Clinic outcomes of two groups including preoperative anxiety,surgery time and bleeding,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were analyzed by SPSS software. Results Integrative nursing care group showed much better outcome with less anxious,fewer postoperative complications and higher nursing satisfaction. Conclusion Integrative nursing care could significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy,clinical outcome and nursing satisfaction in gynecological outpatient surgery.
