摘　　要：目的探讨动脉血气标本采集中的不规范操作,采取相应对策,做到规范化操作采集。方法采集者必须了解检验目的 ,从采血空针的选择到采血方法、采血量以及储存、送检等环节做到规范操作,采集检验标本前做好告知,取得患者理解及配合。结果正确的标本采集有利于及时准确得出检验报告,为临床医生提供可靠的检验信息。结论规范标本采集中的操作方法是取得及时准确报告的前提,能为临床疾病的诊断和治疗提供最可靠的保障。Objective Discuss nonstandard operation of artery blood gas collection,take corresponding countermeasure to make normative operation. Methods The one who gather blood must know the purpose of test,do make standard operation from choosing of the injector to phlebotomizing way,phlebotomizing capacity,conservation of sample and sending of sample.Before phlebotomize,get the patient＇s comprehensions so they can cooperate with us. Results If the sample collection way is correct,it is avail to get the exact test report,provide credible test information for doctor. Conclusion Standard operation way in the sample collection is the premise to get test report timely and truly.Provide the most credible guarantee for diagnosis and therapy of disease.
