摘　　要：公立医院改革是医药卫生体制改革的重点和难点。本文在分析原公立医院"五四一"创新模式的研究背景和成效的基础上,分析了新医改方案出台后的改革背景,提出了新形势下深化研究"五四一"创新模式的改革思路。Public hospital reform is the emphasis and difficulty of the medical and health system reform.This article analyzed the reform background that after the promulgate of new medical reform plan,based on the analysis of the research background and results of the original public hospital ＂541＂innovative mode,and proposed the innovative ideas of ＂541＂ mode under the new situation.
