摘　　要：文中分析了我国海上劳动关系三方协调机制在实际工作中存在的实际问题,提出了实事求是地分析问题、解决问题,推动海上劳动关系三方协调机制工作顺利开展的具体措施。This article points out the relevant problems in practice of implementation of the maritime labour relation tri-party coordination mechanism in the country. The problems need to be analyzed and solved based on the reality to pave the way for the smooth and successful implementation of the maritime labour relation tri-party coordination mechanism.
