老年膝骨关节炎患者生活质量影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的主要影响因素。方法对92例老年膝骨关节炎患者进行36项健康调查量表(SF-36)评估、视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、5次坐-立试验、10 m步速测试、3 m起立-行走测试和膝关节影像学分级、内科慢性病数目等相关因素采集。结果膝痛VAS评分、膝骨关节炎病程、内科慢性病数目、10 m步速与SF-36总分相关(P<0.01)。结论疼痛、膝骨关节炎病程、慢性合并症数目和步行能力是老年膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的主要影响因素,其中膝关节疼痛程度是重要影响因素。Objective To explore the factors related with the quality of life in the elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 92 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were tested with short-form 36 health survey scale（SF-36）,visual analogue pain scale（VAS）,5 times＇ movement of sit-to-stand,10 m walking speed,3 m timed-up and walking test.At the same time,the radiological grades of knees and the total amount of chronic diseases were collected.Results The VAS of knee pain,the course of knee osteoarthritis,the total amount of chronic diseases and 10-m walking speed were related with SF-36 score（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Knee pain,course of knee osteoarthritis,total amount of chronic diseases and walking ability are related with the quality of life in the elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis,especially for knee pain.
