摘 要:以市政污泥为研究对象,采用固化剂对污泥进行改性,通过分析不同固化剂添加比例下固化产物的抗压强度和渗透系数,比较不同养护时间下污泥固化产物浸出液的COD、氨氮和重金属性质,探讨市政污泥固化产物作为垃圾填埋场覆土可行性。实验结果表明:固化剂添加比例为30%的固化产物抗压强度高于50 kPa,其渗透系数达到10-7cm/s数量级,基本满足覆土材料的标准要求。污泥固化产物重金属的最大浸出量远远低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-88)中一级排放标准。随养护时间延长,固化产物浸出液COD和氨氮浸出浓度亦呈下降趋势,重金属Pb、Cd浸出量明显减少,浸出比例小于1%。养护有利于降低固化产物的浸出污染程度,30%的污泥固化产物养护3 d后可作为垃圾填埋场日覆盖材料。This research took municipal sewage sludge as the object, using curing agent to change charac- teristics of the sludge. The feasibility of cured products to be used as landfill cover soil was discussed, through analyzing the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of cured products under different proportion of cu- ring agent added, and comparing COD, ammonia and heavy metal concentration of leaching solutions of cured products with different curing times. The results showed that, the compressive strength of cured products with a curing agent proportion of 30% reached over 50 kPa, and its permeability coefficient was up to 10-7cm/s, which could meet the standard of casing soil. And the maximum leaching of heavy metals was much lower than the Class I of effluent standards in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-88). COD and ammonia in the leaching solutions of cured products tended to decrease with longer curing time. The amount of heavy met- als such as lead and cadmium in the leaching solutions decreased significantly, the amount leached out were less than 1% of their contents. Curing was helpful to reduce leaching contamination of cured products, and sludge with 30% of curing agent could be used for landfill cover soil material after a curing time of three days.
