返滴定法测定天南星药材中总有机酸含量

摘　　要：目的建立天南星药材中总有机酸含量测定的方法。方法采用酸碱返滴定法,以酚酞为指示剂。结果经方法学考察,方法符合含量测定要求,平均回收率为100.8%(RSD=1.1%,n=6),应用于测定17批次天南星药材,总有机酸以柠檬酸(C6H8O7)计,含量在1.81%～2.97%(RSD=0.06%～1.0%,n=3)。结论该方法操作简便,重现性好,准确度高,可作为天南星药材总有机酸含量测定的方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a quantitative method for the total organic acids in Rhizoma Arisaematis.METHODS The acid-base residual titration was applied,with phenolphthalein as its indicator.RESULTS Through the study methodology,approach was consistent with determination requirements.The average recovery rate was 100.8%（RSD=1.1%,n=6）.The 17 batches of medicines were determined,Citric Acid（C6H8O7） as a reference,the total organic acid content between 1.81%~2.97%（RSD=0.06%~1.0%,n=3）.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine the total organic acid in Rhizoma Arisaematis.
