西医常规治疗联合通塞脉片治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死37例  

The Combination of Conventional Western Treatment and Tongsaimai Tablet Treating 37 Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Cerebral Infarction

摘　　要：目的观察西医常规治疗联合通塞脉片治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果。方法将74例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者(气阴两虚、瘀血阻络型)随机单盲分为观察组和对照组各37例。对照组采用西医常规药物治疗,观察组采用西医常规药物联合通塞脉片治疗,14d为1个疗程。治疗结束后评价临床效果,并检测治疗前后的血液流变学改变情况。结果观察组总有效率和显效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组改善血液流变性作用显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论联合应用通塞脉片治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死可以提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of western medical conventional drugs and Tongsaimai Tablet for treating patients with type 2 diabetes accompanied by cerebral infarction.METHODS 74 patients with type 2 diabetes and cerebral infarction（types of deficiency of both qi and yin as well as blood stasis obstructing collaterals） were randomly and single blindly divided into observation group and control group with 37 cases in each.Control group was treated by Western medical conventional drugs while observation group by conventional drugs and Tongsaimai Tablet,14 days were considered as one course of treatment.Clinical effects were evaluated after treatment,and hemorheological changes were detected before and after treatment.RESULTS The total effective rate and remarkable effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.The improvement on hemorheological changes in observation group was significantly superior to that in control group（P0.05,P0.01）.CONCLUSION Tongsaimai Tablet combined to treat type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction can improve clinical effects,which is worth popularization and application.
