摘　　要：目的探讨Tourette综合征（TS）儿童学龄期的行为特征及其影响因素,为临床综合干预提供科学依据。方法采用Achen-bach儿童行为量表（父母问卷）,对150例6-11岁TS儿童和216例对照组儿童的行为特征进行评定,通过多因素Logistic回归分析对其影响因素进行探讨。结果 TS儿童发生行为问题的风险较对照组大（OR=7.246）,发生ADHD的危险性是对照组儿童的5.273倍。在行为因子异常方面,TS男童易发生分裂样、社交退缩、强迫性、多动和违纪（OR值分别为1.812,3.596,3.718,3.394,3.202）,而TS女童易发生体诉、分裂样强迫和抑郁问题（OR值分别为1.268,5.679,3.691）。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,症状严重程度及患病时间影响TS儿童行为问题的发生（OR=6.785,3.906）。结论 TS儿童学龄期发生行为问题及患ADHD的风险较高。积极控制临床症状、缩短病程有利于减少行为问题的发生。Objective To explore the behavioral features of children with Tourette syndrome（TS）,so as to provide theoretical evidence for scientific prevention and intervention.Methods The behavioral features of 150 Tourette syndrome cases and the control group of 216 children were investigated by Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist.Using case-control study,their behavior development was surveyed.The influencing factors were explored by using Logistic regression analysis.Results Children with TS had a higher risk of behavior problems（OR=7.246）.The attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD）was far more common among children with TS than among normal children（OR=5.273）.The abnormalities of schizoid state,social withdrawal,obsessive-compulsive,hyperactivity and violation in male（OR=1.812,3.596,3.394,3.202）,while somatic complaints,schizoid obsession and depression in female（OR=1.268,5.679,3.691） were more common among children with TS.Data from Multi-factor logistic regression analysis indicated severity of the symptom and duration of the disease affected the occurrence of behavior problems（OR=6.785,3.906）.Conclusion Children with Tourette syndrome have a higher risk of behavior problems and ADHD.Positively controlling clinical symptoms and shortening the duration of symptoms is in favor of reducing the occurrence of behavior problems.
