摘 要:在现有研究的基础上,针对单根植筋拔出破坏时的极限承载力进行分析,推导出了高温中单根植筋极限承载力的计算公式。进行了高温下植筋深度为3 d的单根钢套筒植筋试件的拉拔试验,试验结果表明:试件的破坏形式都是钢筋拔出破坏,未出现钢筋屈服或钢筋拉断破坏。随着温度的升高,植筋试件的极限承载力不断地降低。当温度高于250℃后,其极限承载力约为常温下的7%左右,基本丧失承载力。通过对比分析,当温度不超过200℃时,采用文中导出公式计算出的结果与试验数据能较好的吻合,可以为工程设计提供参考。On the basis of past researches,the paper induced the prediction formula of single post-installed rebar whose failure mode was the pullout of the rebar under high temperature.In order to verify the formula,57 specimens whose embedment depth was 3 d were designed and tested.The test results showed that the failure mode was the pullout of rebar instead of rebar yielding or rebar rupture,and the ultimate strength decreaseed with the temperature increase.When the temperature was above 250 ℃,the ultimate strength was about 7% of that of ambient temperature,and the member had no resistance and the adhesive was ineffective.When the temperature was less than 200 ℃,the errors between the prediction value and the test value were small.The prediction formula can be used in practice.
