摘 要:目的:观察枫香脂挥发油和乙酸乙酯部位对小鼠血管活性因子的影响。方法:小鼠给药10 d后,取血分离血浆,按照试剂盒说明采用酶联免疫法测定血栓素A2(TXA2)、前列腺素I2(PGI2)、组织型纤维溶酶激活物(t-PA)和内皮素1(ET-1)的含量。结果:给予枫香脂挥发油和乙酸乙酯部位后,小鼠血浆TXA2的含量均降低,与空白组[(268.870±42.257)μg/L]相比,挥发油大剂量组[(224.258±35.479)μg/L、]中剂量组[(232.484±29.138)μg/L]比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01),挥发油小剂量组[(244.645±36.687)μg/L]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而枫香脂乙酸乙酯部位差异均无统计学意义;血浆PGI2含量均升高,与空白组[(107.850±12.264)μg/L]比较,挥发油大剂量组[(117.900±6.676)μg/L]、中剂量组[(116.167±6.284)μg/L]差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而挥发油小剂量组和乙酸乙酯部位各剂量组均无统计学意义;血浆t-PA含量均降低,与空白组[(1 968.400±229.873)μg/L]比较,乙酸乙酯部位组大剂量组[(1 647.200±141.717)μg/L]、中剂量组[(1 748.000±198.017)μg/L]、小剂量组[(1 550.800±152.062)μg/L]差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而枫香脂挥发油各剂量组均无统计学意义;血浆ET-1的含量均降低,但与空白组[(716.147±52.137)μg/L]比较,只有挥发油大剂量组[(665.321±32.012)μg/L]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其他各剂量组均无统计学意义。结论:枫香脂"活血化瘀"功效可能与枫香脂挥发油和乙酸乙酯部位对血管活性因子的调节作用有关,具体机制可能与改善血管内皮功能有一定联系,但有待进一步深入研究。Objective: To observe the effect of essential oil and ethyl acetate extract of Resina Liquidambaris on vascular active factor of normal mice. Methods: The blood plasma was separated, then the contents of TXA2, PGI2, t-PA and ET were determined by using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay after normal mice were administered with essential oil and ethyl acetate extract of Resina Liquidambaris within 10 days. Results: After normal mice were administered with the essential oil and the ethyl acetate extract of Resina Liquidambaris, the content of TXA2 in plasma of mice was decreased, with the remarkably significant difference (all P〈0.01) presented in the comparison of the high-dose groups and middle-dose [(224.258±35.479) μg/L and 2 (232.484±29.138)μg/L] of essential oil with blank control group (268.870±42.257) μg/L, and the significant difference of small-dose [(244.645±36.687) μg/L]. The content of PGI2 was increased significantly (P〈 0.05) presented in the comparison of the high-dose and middle-dose groups [(117.900±6.676) μg/L and (116.167±6.284) μg/L] of essential oil with blank control group [(107.850±12.264) μg/L]. The content of t-PA was all decreased with the significant difference (P〈0.05) presented in the comparison of the all dose groups [(1 647.200±141.717), (1 748.000±198.017), (1 550.800±152.062) μg/L] of the ethyl acetate extract with blank control group [(1 968.400_+229.873) μg/L]. The content of ET-1 was also decreased, but the significant difference (P〈0.05) only presented in the comparison of thehigh-dose group [(665.321±32.012) μg/L] of the essential oil with blank control group [(716.147 ±52.137) μg/L]. Conclusion: Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of Resina Liquidambaris is concerned with es- sential oil and ethyl acetate extract adjusting the vascular aetive faetor.
