大庆市不同产地防风中有效成分含量比较

摘　　要：目的:比较大庆市不同产地防风药材中升麻苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。方法:采用岛津Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm,进样量为10μl。结果:大庆市各个地区的防风有效成分含量均符合《中国药典》2010年版标准,其中以杜尔伯特及肇源地区有效成分总量较高。结论:杜尔伯特及肇源地区的防风质量更优。Objective： To compare the contents of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4-0-beta-glucopyranosyl-5-O- methy]visamminol in Saposhnikovia divaricata （Turcz.） Schischk. from different habitats of Daqing. Methods： The sample was analyzed on Inertsil ODS-SP （4.6 mm×150mm,5μm） column, methanol-water （40：60） was used as mobile phase with the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and injection volume was 10 μl. Results： The samples from different habitats of Daqing were all complied with quality standards in Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010 Edition）, and the higher was in the Duerbote and Zhaoyuan. Conclusion： The samples from Duerbote and Zhaoyuan are better than others.
