新疆哈萨克族民药包尔胡特枝化学成分的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:对哈药包尔胡特枝的化学成分进行初步研究。方法:采用植物化学成分系统预试和专项预试法。结果:包尔胡特枝中糖类、鞣质、皂苷、醌类、香豆素内酯类、有机酸、酚类及油脂的系统预试试验结果为阳性。蒽醌类的专项预试试验结果为阳性。结论:哈药包尔胡特枝中含有糖类、鞣质、皂苷、醌类、香豆素内酯类、有机酸、酚类及油脂等成分。Objective： To study the chemical components of the branches of Rhamnus Cathartica L. Methods： The meth- ods of systematic pretest and individual pretest were adopted. Results： The systematic pretest on carbohydrates, tannins, saponins, quinoids, coumarin and macrolides, organic acids, phenols, oil fat were positive. The individual pretest on an- thraquinones were positive. Conclusion： The branches of Rhamnus Cathartica L. contain carbohydrates, tannins, saponins, quinoids, coumarin and macrolides, organic acids, ohenols, oil fat, etc.
