瘀浊清颗粒对男性高血压患者性功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价以化瘀浊益肝肾法组成的瘀浊清颗粒对男性高血压患者性功能的影响。方法:将82例患高血压和勃起功能障碍(ED)的患者随机分为治疗组42例[硝苯地平控释片30 mg/d+琥珀酸美托洛尔25 mg(bid)+瘀浊清颗粒1包(tid)]和对照组40例[硝苯地平控释片30 mg/d+琥珀酸美托洛尔25 mg(bid)]。观察两组患者血压变化、性功能评估及安全性评估。结果:治疗组降压总有效率为84.81%,对照组总有效率为80.26%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组勃起功能、性欲和总体满意度治疗前后比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),性交满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,除达到性高潮能力外,其余各项比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01);对照组疗程结束后,ED的发生率由25.50%增加到32.50%治疗前后比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组治疗前后ED的发生率分别为26.18%和16.67%,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:瘀浊清颗粒除降压疗效确切外,还能改善高血压患者的性功能,提高高血压患者的生活质量。Objective： To evaluate the effects of Yuzhuoqing Granules made in the method of removing blood stasis and tonifying liver and kidney on sexual function in male hypertensive patients. Methods： 82 patients were randomly divided into treatment group [42 cases treated with Nifedipine GITS in 30 mg/d＋Metoprolol Sueeinate in 25 mg （bid）＋Yuzhuoqing Granules in 1 bag （tid）] and control group [40 cases treated with Nifedipine GITS in 30 mg/d＋Metoprolol Succinate in 25 mg （bid）]. The changes in blood pressure, sexual function assessment and safety assessment of two groups were observed. Results： After treatment, the total antihypertensive effective rate was 84.81% in treatment group and 80.26% in control group, and there was no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）; the erectile function, libido scores and total satisfaction of treatment group all had very significant differences compared with those before therapy （P〈0.01）, and the in- tercourse satisfaction （IS） had significant difference compared with that before therapy （P〈0.05）; any other parameter had significant difference compared with that of control group after therapy, except for ability to achieve orgasm （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; The ED incidence of control group after therapy increased from 25.50% to 32.50%, and it had .very significant difference compared with that before therapy （P〈0.01）, and the ED incidence of treatment group and control group were 26.18% and 16.67% respectively, thus they differed statistically （P〈0.01）; there was very significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Yuzhuoqing Granules can improve sexual function in male hypertensive patients and can improve their quality of life, in addition to antihypertensive efficacy.
