高校毕业生党员在大学生就业工作中的作用发挥机制

摘　　要：高校毕业生党员参与大学生就业工作,是高校党员培养与大学生就业工作的有效结合,是高校发挥学校责任和社会责任的有力统一,体现了高校作为党建基地和教育基地的双重身份。高校毕业生党员可以承担模范毕业生、信息联络员、朋辈职业咨询员、朋辈心理辅导员四个角色,通过建立党员联系人制度来发挥作用。Graduating Party members in universities participating in undergraduates employment, which is an effective combination of cultivating Party members in university and undergraduates employment as well as a strong unity of university responsibility and social responsibility, it reflects the dual identity of educational base and party-building base for university. Graduating Party members can undertake four roles such as model graduate, information liaison, peer professional consultant, peer counselor, thus, we could establish Party contact system to play the important role.
