摘  要:以硝酸铝和硝酸锶为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法与微波法相结合制备SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+稀土长余辉发光材料.同时研究了烧结温度、硼酸的加入量以及激活剂铕和镝的比值等条件对SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料的发光性能的影响.结果表明:采用H2作还原气氛,烧结温度为1 200℃,H3BO3的加入量为6wt%,激活剂铕和镝的比值为1/2.0时,性能最佳.SrAl2O2:Eu2+Dy3+长余辉发光材料在水和光照条件下,发生水解反应,生成Al(OH)3白色沉淀和表面层的乳白色固体薄膜.The sol--gel process and microwave method of preparing the high performance long afterglow luminescent thin films and powders of SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ were studied systematically in this paper. The stable transparent sol of SrAl2O4 was successfully prepared for the first time by using aluminum nitrate and strontium nitrate as precursors. Effects of such factors as the temperature in the sintering process, different additions of boracic acid and different proportions of Eu/Dy on the luminescent properties had been studied. The research showed that under the condition of taking 1 200 ℃ as sintering temperature, 6 wt% H3BO3 as the addition and Eu/Dy= 1/2.0, high-- quality phosphor products could be produced. And the hydrolysis of phosphor occurred to generate a white precipitate Al(OH)3 and white film at the solid surface layer under water and light conditions.
