摘 要:根据锅炉炉渣在干式排渣机内的冷却过程建立了热渣冷却的对流传热和辐射传热耦合方程,提出以输送链和回程链为分界面把干式排渣机沿高度方向分为三层,并单独考虑空气和管道外壳温度进行求解。数值计算结果表明:在相同负荷下,输送链运行速度越快,冷却效果越好;增加输送链长度时,渣层出口温度降低;而小风口打开个数对渣层冷却影响不大。On the basis of the cooling process in dry-type slag removal system of boiler,equations of convective coupled with radiative heat transfer have been set up for hot slag to be cooled.Taking the chain scraper of conveyor as the interface,the dry-type slag removal system is divided into three layers along the height and the equations are solved by considering the temperature of air and the outer wall of pipeline.Calculation results show that for the same load,the faster the conveyor moves,the better the cooling effect will be;the longer the conveyor is,the lower the outlet temperature of slag layer will be.The number of opened tuyeres hardly affects the cooling effect.
