摘　　要：本文介绍了石油和化工行业"十二五"节能的主要措施,分析了技术节能在实现节能目标中的作用,重点介绍了适合石油和化工企业"十二五"期间推广的先进节能技术。The paper introduces major energy conservation measures in petroleum and chemical industry during the 12th five-year.It analyzes that energy saving technology plays an important role in achieving the goal of energy saving.It puts focuses on the advanced energy conservation technologies suitable for promoting in the petroleum and chemical industry during the 12th five-year.
