摘  要:采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱、热重-差热分析以及3d水化率的测定技术,研究硫酸钠和硫酸氢钠两种不同激发剂对天然硬石膏水化的激发效果以及水化机理。结果表明:硫酸氢钠对天然硬石膏水化的激发效果明显优于硫酸钠;当硫酸钠加入量达到5%时,3 d水化率值最大,为32.7%,而硫酸氢钠加入量为3%时,3d水化率高达41.8%。硫酸钠和硫酸氢钠对天然硬石膏水化激发机理基于硬石膏溶解和二水硫酸钙析出。Sodium sulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfate were attempted to be used as activating agents for hydration of natural anhydrite.The activating efficiency of the two activating agents,as well as the mechanism of hydration of natural anhydrite was characterized by the means of scanning electronic microscopy,X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrum,thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis,and determination of three-day hydration rate.The results showed that the efficiency of sodium hydrogen sulfate is notably superior to that of sodium sulfate.The three-day hydration rate of the natural anhydrite was determined to be as high as 41.8 % when 3 % sodium hydrogen sulfate was added,while the maximum three-day hydration rate of 32.7 % is achieved when 5 % sodium sulfate was applied.The activating mechanism for sodium sulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfate is based on the dissolution of calcium sulfate anhydrate and the subsequent re-crystallization of calcium sulfate dehydrate.
