摘 要:目的观察电针不同经穴对心肌缺血模型大鼠下丘脑室旁核区内去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量的影响。方法从80只SD大鼠中随机选择10只作为正常组,其余大鼠结扎冠状动脉旋前降支复制心肌缺血动物模型。将造模成功大鼠40只随机分为模型组、神门组、内关组、太渊组,每组10只。造模后第3天各电针组开始电针刺激,每次10min,每天1次,电针3天。治疗结束后取大鼠下丘脑室旁核区2mm×2mm×2mm脑组织,采用ELISA法检测NE含量。结果模型组大鼠下丘脑室旁核区内NE较正常组明显下降(P<0.01);各电针组大鼠NE含量均较模型组升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中神门组NE含量高于内关组、太渊组(P<0.05或P<0.01),内关组NE含量高于太渊组(P<0.05)。结论电针神门穴、内关穴、太渊穴均可促进心肌缺血模型大鼠下丘脑室旁核区NE的释放,从而改善心脏功能。其中电针神门穴效果最为显著,内关穴、太渊穴次之。Objective To observe the influence of electro-acupuncture at different points on norepinephrine (NE) in the paraventricular nucleus region of hypothalamus of myocardial ischemic rats. Methods Ten of the eighty SD rats were randomly selected as normal group, and the others were made myocardial ischemia models by ligating the prone descending branch of coronary artery. The 40 successfully made models were randomized into model group, Shenmen (HT 7) group, Neiguan (PC 6) group, and Taiyuan (LU 9) group, with 10 in each. Three days after modeling, the electro-acupuncture groups began to have electro-acupuncture, 10min each time, once per day, for 3 days. Then, the brain tissues 2mm×2mm×2mm of the paraventricular nucleus region of hypothalamus were taken out for measuring the NE content with the ELISA method. Results In the model group, the NE content in the paraventricular nucleus region of hypothalamus was significantly decreased than that in the normal group (P0.01). In the electro-acupuncture groups, it was all increased than that in the model group (P0.05 or P0.01), of which, the NE content in the Shenmen (HT 7) group was higher than that in both Neiguan (PC 6) group and Taiyuan (LU 9) groups (P0.05 or P0.01), and it was higher in the Neiguan (PC 6) group than in the Taiyuan(LU 9) group (P0.05). Conclusion Electro-acupuncture at Shenmen (HT 7), Neiguan (PC 6), and Taiyuan (LU 9) is all effective in promoting the release of NE in the paraventricular nucleus region of hypothalamus, benefiting the improvement of heart functions. The effect of electro-acupuncture at Shenmen (HT 7) is the best, while that of electro-acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) and Taiyuan (LU 9) is the second.
