摘 要:通过正交实验优化出了氯仿溶液改性芳纶纤维的最佳工艺条件,并结合IR、XPS等仪器分析探讨氯仿增强芳纶纸强度性能的机理。结果表明,用11.10%乙醇水溶液+氯仿处理沉析纤维25 min,再用清水清洗2次后,与未处理的短切纤维抄造成纸,检测得出芳纶纸的抗张指数增加了65.5%,紧度提高了4.4%。改性后芳纶纸纤维表面的部分羰基转化成了羟基,增加了纤维间的界面黏结力,从而提高了纸张强度。The optimum parameters of chloroform modification were obtained via orthogonal experiments : aramid fibrids were modified by saturated chloroform solution in 11.10% ethanol solution for 25min, and washed twice by deionized water, then mixed with non-modified aramid fiber to make sheets. After the modification under this condition, the paper tensile strength index increased by 65.5%. The mechanism was analyzed by using IR and XPS, the results indicated that some carbonyl groups and amino groups were converted into hydroxyl groups after modification, which increased bonding force between fibers and improved strength properties of the aramid paper.
