摘  要:为了探讨重加压工艺的理论依据,全面分析了牵伸罗拉加压的作用,罗拉加压力与成纱质量的关系及重加压工艺的发展,指出罗拉加压是钳口握持力的最基本、最积极因素,后罗拉加压对牵伸过程控制力作用不大,前罗拉压力是前钳口引导力的关键。罗拉加压对胶圈、胶辊的滑溜率和速度不匀率影响显著。牵伸装置罗拉加压与成纱质量密切相关,前罗拉加压主要是保证成纱条干均匀度;后罗拉加压主要是保证成纱重量不匀率;胶圈罗拉加压主要是保证胶圈运行速度的正确与稳定;因此,压力分布的合理与适当提高是增大牵伸、改善成纱质量的基础。现代牵伸装置的主要特征体现在重加压工艺的发展上。Comprehensive analysis is done to the pressurizing effect of the draft roller,the relation between the roller pressure and the yarn quality and the progress of the pressurizing process in order to search for the theoretical basis of the pressurizing process.It is pointed out that roller pressurizing is the most fundamental and positive factor with the gripping force.There is a marked impact on the cot and apron slippage and velocity irregualrity from the pressurized roller.There is a close relation between the pressurizing draft roller and the yarn quality.The pressurized front roller is important to the mass evenness whereas the pressurized rear roller is key to the mass irregularity.Apron roller pressurizing mainly keeps the apron with proper velocity and stability.Hence,proper pressure distribution is key to increasing draft force and improving yarn quality.The main feature of modern draft device lies in pressurizing process.
