高产梳棉机新型金属针布的应用实践

摘　　要：为了提高梳棉机的梳理效能,在FA224型高产梳棉机上大面积采用了国产金轮(GERON)公司新型金属针布。分析了其针布配置的参数、工艺及其试验的生条质量。30个月左右(从未磨砺)的使用实践表明:金轮针布设计先进、制造精良、梳理细致、耐磨性好、寿命较长,完全能够满足我厂生产纯棉中细号高档针织纱的需要;该针布使用初期与Graf针布(仅对比了盖板)无明显差别,但随着使用时间的延长,生条棉结平稳增多,虽逊色于Graf针布,但可与KANAI针布相媲美。指出:适时更新刺辊针布和磨砺锡林(包括盖板)针布是非常必要的,否则过度磨损的针尖难以修复至满意的锋利度,并且应进一步提高高密度盖板的耐磨性。In order to upgrade the carding performance of the hi-production card,Generalized application is made of the new MCC GERON branded on hi-production card FA224.Analysis is done to the specifications of the MCC setting,process,and the quality of the card sliver.Around-30-months application practice（without grinding）shows that the MCC GERON branded is of advanced design,precision fabrication,meticulous carding,good abrasion resistance and long service life,thus catering the demand of production of knitted fabric with fine cotton yarn.In the initial stages,the MCC has no marked difference from that Graf branded（only regarding the flat）,but as time goes on,the neps on the card sliver begins to increase constantly.Although the MCC GERON branded is in the shade of the product Graf branded,it can be compared favourably with the product KANAI branded.Conclusion is made that it is essential to do timely renewal of the taker-in clothing and regrinding of the cylinder clothing（flat included）.Otherwise,the worn-out points can not be repaired as desired.It is also necessary to increase the abrasion resistance of the hi-density flat.
