摘  要:用质量浓度为0.05、0.5、5μg/ml的5-羟色胺与栉孔扇贝血淋巴孵育,采用生化方法,测定栉孔扇贝血清和血细胞中髓过氧化物酶活性和一氧化氮含量。结果表明,3个5-羟色胺质量浓度下各试验组的血清中髓过氧化物酶活性均低于对照组,差异显著;各试验组的血细胞中髓过氧化物酶活性均低于对照组,差异显著。5-羟色胺质量浓度为0.05μg/ml时,各试验组的血清一氧化氮含量低于对照组,差异不显著;5-羟色胺质量浓度为0.5、5μg/ml时,各试验组的血清一氧化氮含量高于对照组,差异显著。3个5-羟色胺质量浓度下,各试验组的血细胞一氧化氮含量均低于对照组,差异显著。说明5-羟色胺对栉孔扇贝血淋巴中的髓过氧化物酶活性和一氧化氮含量起到了调节作用。5-羟色胺可能在栉孔扇贝的免疫调节中发挥重要作用。The activities of myeloperoxidase(MPO) and the content of NO were assayed in haemocytes and serum in scallop Chlamys farreri exposed to different concentrations(0.05,0.5,5 μg/ml) of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) by biochemical methods.The results showed that there were significantly lower MPO activities in the haemocytes and serum in the scallop exposed to the various levels of 5-HT than that in the control group.The contents of NO in the serum cultured in 5-HT solution at a rate of 0.05 μg/ml were less in the experimental groups than that in the control group without the significant difference.At the concentrations of 5-HT at a rate of 0.5 μg/ml and 5 μg/ml,however,the contents of NO were significantly higher in the experimental groups than that in the control group.In the haemocytes,the contents of NO were significant lower in experimental group than that in the control group,indicating that 5-HT regulated the activity of MPO and the content of MPO and played an important role in immunological defense in the scallop.
