摘  要:介绍了四丁基脲(TBU)的性质、合成工艺和一般应用,指出当前国内外的研究重点是开发不用光气等剧毒化学品的新型合成工艺。在蒽醌法工作液中用TBU部分或全部取代磷酸三辛酯(TOP),可增加蒽醌和蒽氢醌在工作液中的溶解度及过氧化氢的分配系数,进而提高氢化效率和过氧化氢在工作液中的浓度,这有利于提高过氧化氢装置产能和降低操作费用。此外,给出了几个国内外TBU在蒽醌法中的应用实例。The properties,synthesis processes and applications of tetrabutylurea(TBU) are introduced.It is pointed out that the current research at home and abroad focuses on developing new synthesis processes without highly toxic chemicals such as phosgene,etc.By partly or fully substituting trioctyl phosphate(TOP) with TBU in working solution from anthraquinone process,the solubility of anthraquinone and anthrahydroquinone in working solution,as well as partition coefficient of hydrogen peroxide can increase.Furthermore hydrogenation efficiency and concentration of hydrogen peroxide in working solution can increase.It is favorable to increase production capacity of hydrogen peroxide equipment and decrease operation cost.In addition,some application examples of TBU in anthraquinone process at home and abroad are given out.
