摘 要:采用Gleebe-3500热模拟机研究了不同退火温度下成分为C0.27-Mn1.7-Si1.0-P0.04-V0.09-Ti0.1冷轧TRIP钢的组织与力学性能。结果表明,在760~800℃之间退火,随着退火温度升高,铁素体量减少而贝氏体量增加,抗拉强度和屈服强度上升。两相区温度一定时,随着贝氏体等温温度升高,残余奥氏体量先增加后减少,残奥含碳量变化则相反。在退火温度760℃、贝氏体等温温度420℃时,试验钢获得最大强塑积为20 665 MPa%。Using the thermal-mechanical simulator Gleebe-3500,the mechanical properties and microstructure of C0.27-Mn1.7-Si1.0-P0.04-V0.09-Ti0.1 cold rolled TRIP steel annealed at different temperatures were studied.Experimental results indicated that the ferrite volume fraction decreased,fractions of bainite,tensile strength and yield strength increased with the increasing of annealing temperature within 760~800 ℃.At certain inter-critical annealing temperature,the volume fraction of retained austenite increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of isothermal bainitic transformation temperature,but the volume fraction of carbon concentration in retained austenite changed oppositely.At annealing temperature of 760 ℃ and bainitic transformation temperature of 420 ℃,the obtained maximum value of product of strength and ductility was 20 665 MPa%.
