摘 要:流动控制结晶器(FC-Mold)是高速连铸的重要设备,模拟了流动控制结晶器内金属液的流动情况,研究磁感应强度对结晶器内金属液流动的影响。实验结果表明:静磁场不仅具有制动钢液流的作用,还具有阻碍金属液运动,改变流动方向的作用。高速连铸采用FC-Mold,能够改善结晶器内金属液流动;磁感应强度增大,自由液面的流动得到改善,液面波动受到抑制,下环流的冲击强度减小。Flow control mold(FC-Mold) is a key processing technique in high speed continuous casting.An experimental mold was built to study the flow in high speed continuous casting with FC-Mold.The effect of magnetic field on liquid flow was simulated by using mercury.The results showed that the magnetic field could not only damp the flow,but also hinder the liquid metal flow and change its direction.The flow could be improved by FC-Mold in high speed continuous casting.As the magnetic flux density increasing,the flow at the free surface was improved,the free surface fluctuation was damped,and the impact depth of the downward stream was reduced.
