摘　　要：特厚板品种生产现状为开发高性能产品。阐述了特厚板产品生产现状以及品种使用性能的要求。分析了新加速冷却技术、在线热处理技术、钢锭单向凝固技术和焊接复合技术在特厚板品种开发中的作用。新技术的应用推进了特厚板品种开发的高效性和实用性。Manufacturing status of special heavy-thickness plates was to develop the high performances products.The manufacturing status of special heavy-thickness plate productions and operating requirements were represented.Furthermore,the role of super on-line accelerated cooling technique,heat treatment on-line process,unidirectional solidification of ingot steel and welding compound technique in the special heavy-thickness plate grades exploitation were analyzed.The application of new technique impelled the high efficiency and practicability of the exploitation of special heavy-thickness plate grades.
