摘  要:目的通过对质粒和耐药性的检测,分析正常人肠道不同乳酸杆菌菌种的耐药性。方法采用糖发酵试验分析鉴定菌种,微量肉汤稀释法和K-B法检测其耐药性,分析其质粒谱。结果分析得到6个乳酸杆菌菌种。人肠道常见的四种菌对氨基糖苷类、四环素类、头孢菌素类、利福平及大环内酰类的耐药性差异有统计学意义;对喹诺酮类、糖肽类及青霉素类耐药性差异无统计学意义。不同乳酸杆菌种的质粒谱的差异无统计学意义。结论乳酸杆菌的耐药性除与质粒相关外,还与细菌的表型、环境以及来源等有关。Objective To study the drug resistance of different lactobaciUus genus from the healthy human gut according to the plasmids and drug resistance testing. Methods Sugar fermentation tests was used to analyze and identify strains; broth dilution method and the K-B method were employed to detect resistance; and the plasmid profiles was analyzed. Results 6 lactobacillus genus had been identified. The difference of the resistance to aminoglycosides, tetracyclines, cephalosporins, rifampicin and acid class of macrocyclic of the 4 common genus in human gut was statistically significant; to quinolones, glycopeptide and penicillin was not statistically significant. The difference of plasmid profiles was not statistically significant. Conclusion The drug resistance of lactobacillus associated with plasmids, but also with the bacterial phenotype, environment and other relevant factors.
