依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效,并进行分析。方法将我院收治的确诊为2型糖尿病周围神经病变的患者88例在常规治疗基础上,给予依帕司他50mg口服,3次/d,疗程为3周,对治疗后的临床效果进行观察分析。结果治疗后患者总有效率为90.91%,神经系统的症状体征明显好转,经检测神经系统的传导速度较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of epalrestat on peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Eighty-eight patients of type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy were treated by epalrestar on the basis of conventional therapy. The patients orally took 50 mg epalrestat per time, 3 times a day for 3 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 90.91%. After treatment, the neurological symptoms and signs were markedly improved, and the conduction velocity of nervous system was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Epalrestat is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuxopathy, which is worthy to be extended.
