左心房容积指数评价2型糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能不全的研究

摘　　要：目的运用实时三维超声心动图技术探讨左心房容积指数在评价2型糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能不全中的应用价值。方法运用全容积实时三维超声心动图技术,获取50例糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)和30例健康体检者(对照组)左心房图像,脱机处理获得左心房容积,并用体表面积对数据进行校正,获得左心房容积指数。结果糖尿病组患者左心房容积指数[(36.17±2.62)ml/m2]大于对照组[(23.77±2.32)ml/m2](P<0.05)。结论左心房容积指数是糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能不全的一个独立预测因素。Objective To investigate the value of left atrial volume index in the evaluation of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes meUitus through real-time three-dimensional echocardiography. Methods Fifty patients with diabetes mellitus （DM group） and thirty healthy individuals （CTL group） were enrolled in this study. The left atrial volume of the subjects was obtained by full volume real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, and analyzed offline by Qlab software. Body surface area was used for indexing body size variables. Results The left atrial volume index of the DM group was （36.17±2.62） ml/m^2, significantly larger than that of the CTL group [（23.77±2.32） ml/m^2], P〈0.05. Conclusion Left atrial volume index is an independent predictor of diastolic dysfunction for patients with diabetes metlitus.
