摘  要:针对传统无传感器控制策略计算量大、可靠性不高、30°软件延时等缺点,基于无刷直流电机反电势过零检测的原理,分析了三相端电压与中性点的关系,提出一种可完全替换3相霍尔位置传感器的硬件设计方案,实现电机的无传感器运行。同时在硬件电路中设计了相位自补偿电路,克服以往传统方法相位补偿不准确,电机无法稳定运行的问题。研制了以CY8C24533为控制芯片的样机平台,对改进的无位置传感器运行方案进行实验研究,实验结果表明,改进方案可准确检测电机转子位置信号,系统运行良好,适用于电动车用无刷直流电机的控制。Based on the principle of back electromotive force (EMF) zero-crossing testing in brushless DC motor( BLDC), and analyzed the relationship between the three-phase voltage and neutral voltage. Put forward a kind of hardware design which can completely replace Hall position sensor in order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional sensorless control strategies, such as large amount of calculation, low reliability, and 30° software delays. At the same time, a phase compensation circuit was designed to overcome the problems that the phase compensation is not accurate and the system can not efficiently run. Developed a prototype platform by CY8C24533 for control chip and do experiments, the experimental results verified that the improvement scheme can accurately detection the position signal of the motor rotor, and the system works well, it is applicable to brushless DC motor control used in e-bike.
