摘　　要：王长顺先生的《先秦士人与司马迁》是司马迁和《史记》研究的又一力作。该论著所表现出的"新"、"博"、"谨"、"通"等特点,即新颖独到的研究视角、古今中西资料的有机结合、严谨务实的研究态度、通脱达观的理性思考,向我们昭示了一位创新型学者应该具备的基本素养和学术品格,给我们文学研究者以诸多学术启示,从而将文学研究引向了更为广阔的天地。Wang Changshun＇ s new works, The Scholars of Pre-Qin period and Sima Qian, is another masterpiece studying Si- ma Qian and Historical Records. The works shows us the feature which is new, extensive, rigorous and connecting, that is new and unique research perspective, the organic combination about research data at all times and in all lands, rigorous and pragmatic re- search attitudes, the connecting and resilient rational thinking, and it shows us that an innovative scholar should have basic cultural accomplishment and academic character, and also gives our researchers a lot of academic inspiration, thus literature studies will be led to a wider sphere.
