摘　　要：宁夏工商行政管理系统以支持地方经济发展为目标、以维护市场经济秩序为基础、以推进商标品牌战略为着力点推行行政指导。行政指导的实践使工商管理系统的行政理念不断转变,服务方式更加丰富,服务效能日益提高,塑造了服务型工商新形象,为建设服务型政府提供了稳健路径。Ningxia＇s industry and commerce administration system promotes its administrative guidance,supporting local economic development as the goal,maintaining market order as the basis and developing the strategy of trademark and brand as the effort point.The practice continuously changes its administrative idea,enriches its service mode,improves its service efficiency and molds its new image of service-oriented business,which providing stable way for the construction of service-oriented government.
