摘　　要：介绍了HTG型陶瓷过滤机的工作原理、工艺流程,以及在磷矿浆脱水应用中存在的问题及改进措施。生产运行证明陶瓷过滤机真空度高,滤饼含水率低,产量高,是一种适用于湿磨磷矿粉的高效、环保节能的固液分离设备。The working principle and process flow of the HTG type ceramic filter are described,as well as existing problems in the dewatering for phosphate rock slurry,and improvement measures.The production operation shows that the ceramic filter features high vacuity,low water content in the filter cake,and high yield.It is a piece of high-efficient,environmentally friendly and energy-saving solid-liquid separation equipment fit for wet milled phosphate rock powder.
