摘  要:战国秦汉时期制酒的人和追求"酤""利"卖酒的人都可以称作"酒人"。社会称谓中通常使用的"酒人"指代以酒业为经营内容的人士。"酒人"称谓的出现,体现了当时酒在日常饮食生活、社会交往形式中的地位,以及酒的生产工艺的专业化程度。认识战国秦汉时期的"酒人"身份,亦可了解"酒"作用于社会关系的意义,从而深化对战国秦汉历史文化的认识。In the Warring States Period and Qin and Han Dynasties,both wine makers and profit-minded wine dealers were called "Wine Men".In its general use,the appellation of "Wine Men" was an identity tag indicative of those conducting wine related businesses.The appearance of the appellation of "Wine Men" is reflective of the importance of wine in the daily diet and social intercourse of that time,as well as of the high degree of specialization in wine producing technology.Understanding the identity of "Wine Men" in the Warring States Period and Qin and Han Dynasties may contribute to an understanding of the significance of wine to the maintenance of normal social relationship of that time,which will in turn deepen our knowledge of the cultural history of those periods.
