摘　　要：介绍了小型数字化测向设备的研制目的和数字测向的技术优势,论述了大瞬时带宽数字化接收机的硬件、软件设计过程,并结合工程中实际遇到的问题做出相应的分析,提出解决方法。最后指出此类小型化设备的发展方向。This paper introduces the purpose of developing the mini-type digitized direction finding（DF） equipment and the technology advantage of digitized DF,discusses the hardware,software design processing of large instantanuons band digitized receiver,and performs the responsing analysis combing the practical problems in engineering,presents the solution method.Finally the development direction of these mini-type equipments is pointed out in this paper.
