摘　　要：在文献资料的基础上,对国内外有关自卑感的研究成果进行了总结与评价。指出了自卑感研究中存在理论研究不够、测量工具不合理、研究方法不完善等问题,并提出从跨学科、跨文化的视角深入开展自卑感理论研究,从研究方法上寻求突破,重视实验研究方法,尤其是从体育锻炼对自卑感进行干预实验研究方面将具有十分发展的前景。Based on literature review,this paper summarizes and evaluates the inferiority of domestic and foreign research results.The study points out that the inferiority of the theoretical study is not enough,lack of measurement tools,methods and other aspects of the imperfect,and from an interdisciplinary,cross-cultural perspective depth inferiority theory,research methods to seek breakthrough improve the research methods,especially from the physical exercise intervention on the inferiority complex experimental research will have great development prospects.
