河南省郑州市中学体操教学现状的调查研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查等方法,随机对河南省郑州市15所中学进行调查。结果显示郑州市部分中学领导对体操教育重视不够,体育经费严重不足,各中学的体育教师中青年和中、低级教师占主流,学历结构比较合理,但性别比例不协调,体操专业教师缺乏;学生体操基础差,兴趣不高。并针对调查结果,提出改进建议。Through using the method of questionnaire,this paper randomly investigates 15 middle schools in Zhengzhou city of Henan province.The result shows that leaders from some middle schools are pay less attention to gymnastics teaching and the sports funding is serious shortage.Among the physical education teachers in each middle school,the majority is middle aged and lower level teachers,the academic structure is unreasonable,the gender ration is unbalance,and the teacher with gymnastics major is few.Based on existing problems,some suggestions are put forward.
