摘 要:目的研究索氏提取法提取远志中远志酸的最佳工艺。方法粉碎远志,用索氏提取法选择无水乙醇提取远志酸;考察了提取时间、浸泡时间、料液比等因素对远志酸提取率的影响,并通过正交试验确定提取远志酸的最佳工艺参数。结果远志酸的最佳提取工艺是料液比1:30,浸泡30 min,提取时间6 h,远志酸提取得率1.68%。结论此工艺稳定、可行、节能,生产周期短,提取效率高,适于工业化生产。Objective To study the optimum extraction technology of polygalacin acid from polygalae radix by Soxhlet extraction.Methods The polygalacin acid was extracted with absolute alcohol by Soxhlet extraction after polygalae radix was crushed.The effects of extraction time,soak time,solid-to-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of polygalacin acid were investigated and the optimum extraction technology of polygalacin acid was determined by orthogonal experiment.Results The optimum extraction technology of polygalacin acid was as follows: solid-to-liquid ratio(g / ml) of 1:30,soak time of 30 min,extraction time of 6 h.The extraction rate of polygalacin acid was 1.68%.Conclusion The optimum extraction technology is stable,feasible and energy-saving with short production cycle and high extraction efficiency,and is suitable for the industrialized production of polygalacin acid.
