理冲汤对子宫肌瘤大鼠细胞超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨理冲汤对大鼠实验性子宫肌瘤的防治作用。方法:采用雌孕激素双重造模法,复制大鼠子宫肌瘤模型。造模成功后,将实验大鼠连续灌胃4周。观察大鼠子宫大体形态,统计分析比较子宫系数和子宫横径;透射电镜下观察子宫细胞超微结构的改变。结果:理冲汤灌胃能显著降低子宫肌瘤大鼠的子宫重量,减小子宫系数,缩小宫颈和宫体处最大直径。透射电镜观察显示,理冲汤能有效的改善雌、孕激素负荷大鼠子宫的细胞超微结构病变,抑制平滑肌细胞的异常增殖。结论:经理冲汤治疗后,实验性大鼠子宫体积缩小,改善子宫肌瘤细胞的超微结构,使其接近正常细胞结构,进而起到治疗作用。Objective To study prevention and treatment effects of Li chong Decoction on experimental uterine leiomyoma in rats.Methods To establish uterine leiomyoma of model in Rats by the method of making model of Estrogen and Progesterone.After successfully modeling,the experimental uterine leiomyoma in rats were given Li chong Decoction by gavage for 4 weeks continuously.Observed the gross morphology of Rats,Compared Uterine coefficient and Uterus transverse diameter by The Statistical analysis;Observed The Change of uterine leiomyoma cell ultrastructure by tem.Results Li chong Decoction can decrease uterus weight Significantly,reduce uterine coefficient and the maximum diameter of cervical and uterine body.It is revealed by tem that Li chong Decoction can improve lesions of uterine leiomyoma cell ultrastructure in rats effectively,inhibit abnormal proliferation of smooth muscle cells.Conclusion After the treatment of Li chong Decoction,the uterine volume of experimental uterine leiomyoma in rats was reduced,uterine leiomyoma cell ultrastructure was improved which is already close to Normal Cell Structure,then it plays therapeutic effects.
