金匮肾气丸对2型糖尿病模型大鼠脂肪代谢及胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨金匮肾气丸对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂肪代谢和胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠采用高脂高糖饲料喂养3周,小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱导2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠,随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、肾气丸高剂量组、肾气丸低剂量组,每组10只。另设正常组10只,饲以普通饲料。给药6周后处死大鼠,末次给药后禁食12 h,测体重及体长,检测空腹血糖、血清胰岛素含量、血脂,计算体重指数(BMI),胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果:肾气丸高、低剂量组TG、LDL-C较模型组明显降低(P<0.05),肾气丸高剂量组CHO较模型组明显降低(P<0.01)。与正常组比较,模型组BMI明显增高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,二甲双胍组、高、低剂量组降低,但差异无统计学意义,以高剂量组降低明显。二甲双胍组、肾气丸高、低剂量组FBG、FINS水平较模型组均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),HOMA-IR均明显降低(P<0.01)I,SI有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸可改善大鼠血脂代谢,降低HOMA-IR,提高ISI,增强胰岛素的敏感性。Objective：To study the effects of Jin Kui Shen Qi Pill on Blood Lipid metabolism and Insulin Resistance in Rats with Experimental Type II Diabetes.Methods： 40 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,metformin group,Shen Qi Pill high dose group,Shen Qi Pill low doses group（each group of 10 only） after used high fat and sugar feed 3 weeks and small dose Streptozotocin（STZ intraperitoneal injection） induced type 2 diabetes rats with insulin resistance.A normal group of 10 with ordinary feed.The rats were killed in the 6th week,weight and length,fasting blood-glucose（FBG）,fasting insul（FINS）,blood lipid were detected,and body mass index（BMI）,homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance（HOMA-IR）,and insulin sensitivity index（ISI） were calculated.Results： Compared with control group,（low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and triglyceride（TG） were significantly lowered in Shen Qi Pill high and lowdose groups,P0.05;cholesterol（CHO） of Shen Qi Pill high dose group was significantly lowered,P0.01.Compared with normal group,BMI of the control group increased significantly,P0.01.Compared with normal group,the FBG,FINS level were significantly reduced in metformin group,Shen Qi Pill high and lowdose groups,P0.05,P0.01;HOMA-IR were significantly reduced,P0.01;the ISI has increased significantly,P0.05.Conclusion： Jin Kui Shen Qi Pill can improve blood lipid metabolism,reduce rat HOMA-IR,improve the ISI,enhance the insulin sensitivity.
