摘　　要：目的:调查"80后"临床护士的心理健康状况,为护理管理者采取有效心理干预措施提供理论依据。方法:通过不记名问卷调查的方式,对120名"80后"临床护士的心理健康状况进行调查。结果:护士工作压力评分自高至低分别为护理专业及工作方面平均为(2.88±0.52)分、工作量及时间分配方面平均为(2.68±0.25)分、工作环境及资源方面平均为(2.67±0.07)分、患者护理方面平均为(2.30±0.39)分、管理及人际关系方面平均为(1.99±0.25)分;不同护龄间的工作压力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);"80后"护士SCL-90各因子评分及应对方式与国内常模比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"80后"护士工作压力较大,且均存在不同负性情绪,护理管理者应在这些方面给予更多的关心,增加"80后"护士抵御外界不良因素影响的能力。Objective： To investigate the mental health status of clinical nurses born after 1980g in order to provide theoreti- cal basis for nursing managers to take effective psychological intervention. Methods： The anonymous questionnaire survey was conduct to investigate the mental health status of 120 clinical nurses born after 1980＇s. Results ： The nurseg working pressure rating from high to low was the nursing profession and working aspects, and the average scores were 12.88 ± 0.52 ） points; the average scores in the distribution of workload and working time were （ 2.68 ± 0.25 ） points ; （ 2.67 ± 0.07 ） points in the working environment and resources; （2.30±0.39） points in patient＇s care and （ 1.99 ±0.25） points in the management and interpersonal aspects, the difference in the comparison of the working pressure between the nurses with different seniority serving as a nurse was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the differences in the comparison of the scores of each factor of SCL - 90 and coping style with the national norm were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical nurses born after 1980＇s are under high working pressure and have different negative emotions, so nurse managers should pay more attention to them in these areas and help them to enhance the ability to respond to the external adverse influence.
