摘　　要：介绍了刘宝厚教授用中西医结合方法治疗紫癜性肾炎的经验。刘教授治疗紫癜性肾炎注重西医病理学诊断,临床分为3型:隐匿性肾炎(单纯性血尿)、肾炎综合征、肾病综合征。采用中西医结合治疗:西医治疗按照一般常规疗法;中医治疗早期清热解毒,后期健脾益肾,活血化瘀通络贯穿疾病治疗的始终。The paper introduced Professor Liu Baohou＇s experience of treating purpuric nephritis with integration of TCM and western medicine.When treating purpuric nephritis,Professor Liu focused primarily on Western medicine pathological diagnosis.In clinic he divided purpuric nephritis into three types： occult nephritis（simple hematuria）,nephritic syndrome,nephrotic syndrome.Then he employed integration of TCM and western medicine to treat the disease： Western medicine treatment was carried out in accordance with conventional therapy;and Chinese medicine treatment employed for clearing heat and toxin in the early stage,invigorating spleen and benefiting kidney in the later stage,and promoting blood circulation for resolving blood stasis and removing obstruction in collaterals throughout the treatment.
