儿泻停汤治疗小儿迁延性腹泻病40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察儿泻停汤治疗小儿迁延性腹泻病的临床疗效。方法:将80例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组口服中药儿泻停汤,对照组口服复方乳酸菌胶囊。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组62.5%,2组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论:儿泻停汤治疗小儿迁延性腹泻病疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Er Xie Ting Decoction in the treatment of children＇s persistent diarrhea.Methods： 80 patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each.The treatment group was given Er Xie Ting Decoction,while the control group was treated with Compound Lactobacillus Capsules.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment was 92.5%,while that of the control group was 62.5%.The differences of two groups was highly statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Er Xie Ting Decoction had significant effect in the treatment of persistent diarrhea in children.
