摘　　要：为预防早产儿日后所产生的后遗症,提高其存活后生存质量,给临床医生和早产儿家长提供文献参考,特查阅了近10年来中西医对早产儿早期干预疗法的资料,综述了早产发生的原因和可能发生的后遗症及早期干预的方法,包括早期教育、游泳联合抚触、推拿按摩、音乐疗法等。With the purpose of preventing the sequela of premature children,improving the quality of life after their survival and providing clinicians and parents of premature children with literature references,the author looked through the literature of early intervention therapy of Western medicine and TCM on premature infants in recent 10 years and reviewed the reasons for preterm birth,possible sequela and early intervention methods including early education,swimming joint touch,massage and music therapy.
