摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设宏伟战略的提出,对村民自治提出了更高要求。在村民自治实践中,农村妇女参政起着重要作用,是一支不可忽视的生力军。对新农村建设中妇女参政的相关法律保障与现实依据进行了梳理,农村妇女参政是促进妇女解放、发展的重要途径;是实现农村科学发展的现实需要;是实现农村和谐稳定的可靠保证;是推进社会主义民主政治建设的内在要求。Women＇ s political participation plays an important role in villagers＇ s autonomy. It teased apart some related legal guarantee and its foundation of women＇ s political participation in new rural construction, which will advance women＇ s political participation in the construction of grass-roots democracy, deepen grass-roots democratic autonomy,promote the overall development of the new rural construction and the construction of harrnonious society.
