On the Current Situation of Professionalization of the P.E Teacher under the Background of New Curriculum——Taking P.E Teachers of Middle School and Primary School in Changzhou as Examples

摘  要:以常州市市区41所中小学241名体育教师为调查对象,对其专业化现状进行调查、分析。结果显示:常州市市区中小学体育教师队伍职称结构比例不合理,部分教师对新课程标准认识还不太透彻,体育教师继续教育存在着很大的障碍,体育教师工作量比较大,专业化发展的动力不足,体育教师教科研能力还有待提高。从该地区中小学体育教师专业化的师资队伍结构、专业发展、学习培训等方面出发,提出中小学体育教师专业化发展的对策,以期使之更好地适应体育新课程的改革发展。By making use of documentation and materials,expert interview and questionnaire survey,this paper makes a investigation and analysis on 241 P.E teachers in 41 middle schools and primary schools in Changzhou city,only to find that the proportion of professional title structure of these teachers is unreasonable,and the understanding of the new curriculum standard among some teachers is insufficient,in addition,as a result of heavy workload and lacking of motion on professional development,there exists great barrier on the continuation education for P.E teachers and there are still much room for them to improve their ability in teaching and research.Based on the structure of professionalization teacher group,professional development,study and training of P.E teacher,this paper put forward some measures on the professionalization development of P.E teachers in middle school and primary school with a view to be better adapted to the reform and development of P.E new curriculum.
